Marinade:
- 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Shaoxing wine
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon water

- In a bowl, mix the pork strips with light soy sauce, oyster sauce, Shaoxing wine, white pepper, and cornstarch.
