Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@mammafong.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for any return shipping cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items / Change of Mind Policy

MAMMAFONG® does not have any general obligation to provide refund, exchange or repair under the following circumstances

  1. If you change your mind.
  2. If you decided you do not like the purchase.
  3. If you decided that you had no use for the purchase.
However, MAMMAFONG® would like to provide additional security for its customers, over and above the consumer’s rights under the Consumer Guarantee for change-of-mind customers and MAMMAFONG® will provide you with a store credit for the purchase price of your product (excluding the initial delivery charges as set out in your order confirmation email), if:
  1. you return the purchased goods to MAMMAFONG® within 14 days of the purchase date. For online purchases, the purchase date is the date you receive your ordered Goods;
  2. you have and bring the proof of purchase in the form of tax invoice and/or receipt;
  3. the returned Goods and its packaging are in its original condition including all manuals and accessories;
  4. the returned Goods is in re-saleable condition; and
  5. you agree to be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the Goods to MAMMAFONG®.

Please package all returned Goods safely before returning the Goods to MAMMAFONG® for repair, exchange or refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus a 20% re-stocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping cost are not refundable. 

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Mammafong® wok is warranted to the purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of purchase. Small cosmetic blemishes inherent to forging and hand finishing which do not affect the performance of the cookware are not covered. This warranty extends from the date of purchase, for the lifetime of the original owner. This limited lifetime warranty is exclusive of all other warranties expressed or implied, and is limited to the lifetime of the original purchaser. This warranty is made by Mammafong Australia., and no other person or entity. For this warranty to apply, the owner must follow use and care instructions provided with the product. Warranty covers normal household use, but does not include damage from use in commercial establishments, abuse, neglect, abnormal wear, overheating, or any use not consistent with the directions included with the cookware. Defective cookware will be repaired or replaced at Mammafong's option, free of charge, with a similar product or one of equal value if the defective product is no longer in production. Replacement with the same color cookware cannot be guaranteed. Please include your proof of purchase, mailing address and a brief note explaining the defect of the returned cookware.

The company reserves all rights for final explanation.
