  • 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 200g scallops, cleaned
  • 1 cucumber, shredded
  • 3 shallots, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh shallot, chopped, for garnish


      1. Season shrimp and scallops with salt and pepper.
      2. In a wok over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil.
      3. Stir-fry shrimp and scallops until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
      4. In the same wok, add minced garlic and sauté until aromatic.
      5. Add shredded cucumber and sliced shallots to the wok.
      6. Stir-fry until the vegetables are slightly tender.
      7. Pour lemon juice and zest into the wok, tossing the ingredients together.
      8. Return cooked shrimp and scallops to the wok, tossing until well combined.
      9. Garnish with freshly chopped shallot.
      10. Serve the lemon-garlic shrimp and scallop stir-fry over rice or noodles.
