  • 1 pound (450g) chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cashew nuts
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • Handful of fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Soy sauce, for seasoning
  • Fish sauce, for seasoning
